Pet Diagnostic Imaging
Diagnostic imaging is critical to ensuring that we know everything possible about what is going on within your pet. These tools provide non-invasive diagnostic approaches that enable us to discover illnesses or abnormalities in your pet and provide better outcomes and a more exact prognosis.
Radiology
A pet's bones, gastrointestinal tract (stomach, intestines, colon), respiratory tract (lungs), heart, and genitourinary system (bladder, prostate) are all frequently examined using radiology (x-rays). It can be used independently or in conjunction with other diagnostic techniques to offer a list of probable explanations for a pet's condition, determine the actual cause of an issue, or rule out potential concerns.
Ultrasound
Ultrasonography is a diagnostic procedure that produces an image examination using ultrasonic waves. This means we can see internal images of the patient's body when we perform ultrasonography. Ultrasonography, unlike some other imaging investigations such as X-rays, does not employ radiation. Instead, ultrasonography creates an image of what is inside your pet's body by using high-frequency sound (ultrasound) waves. Ultrasonography is a completely non-invasive, painless method of diagnosing and evaluating a wide range of common disorders.
